HOW IT WORKS (IT’S EASY)
- Register Now: Begin by registering your products at our dedicated site: thebeautyawards.awardsplatform.com.
- Provide Details: Complete your submission by providing product information, pricing, purchase links, and the required submission fee, no later than December 31, 2025.
- Send Product Samples: Ensure we receive ten samples of each product you’re entering into the competition by January 12, 2024.
- Expert Evaluation: Our esteemed panel of industry experts and beauty editors will undertake an in-depth, 8-week testing and evaluation period.
- Await the Results: If your products are selected, you’ll be contacted by our team with exciting details in Spring 2026.
- Announcement of Winners: We’ll announce the winners in Summer 2026, celebrating the best in beauty!

Rules & regulations
- Products can be submitted for consideration into multiple award designations, but will only be eligible to win a maximum of one award designation.
- Winning products need to be available for sale in the Canadian market prior to the launch of the program.
- A single brand will only be eligible to win a maximum of two award designations in a single category.
- All participating brands must complete their submissions by December 31, 2025 and deliver their ten sample products by January 12, 2026 to be eligible to participate.
- Submission fees are non-refundable.
Only products vying for the 'Best New' award must have been released between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026. Other award categories accept products released at any time.

Yes, unreleased products are eligible. They must be available for sale in the Canadian market by April 30, 2026, and you'll need to provide ten product samples.
You may enter the same product in multiple categories, but it can only win one designation. Each entry into a different category must be submitted separately.
The fee to submit a product is $650 CAD per award designation submission.
Samples are distributed among beauty editors and industry experts for evaluation. Additional samples are used for photography and promotion if your product wins.
The fee ensures your product is thoroughly tested and evaluated amidst the high volume of entries. It supports the integrity and operational costs of the awards program, guaranteeing a fair and credible competition.
